Rustem Muratov graduated from the Novosibirsk State University, majoring in Chemistry.
He started his career in 2000 at Rossib Pharmatsia before joining ROSTA in 2003, where he held the position of Marketing Director and was later appointed Vice President for Business Development. In 2012, was offered the position of National Sales Manager at AstraZeneca. In 2014, he was appointed Sales Director at AKRIKHIN.
In 2018, Rustem Muratov joined Sintez as Commercial and Marketing Director. In 2020, he was appointed President of Sintez and CEO of Alium.
Following the merger of Sistema’s pharmaceutical assets in 2020, Rustem Muratov was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Binnopharm Group.
