Over 20 years of experience in financial functions of Russian and global majors.
Elina Bagautdinova graduated from the Novosibirsk State University in 1998 and holds a master’s degree in Economics.
She was with Procter & Gamble for eleven years, where she oversaw the financial function that worked with distributors, held the position of Plant Finance Manager, took part in production localisation efforts, and helped launch new products in Russia and the CIS. In 2010, Elina Bagautdinova was offered the position of CFO at Visa International in Russia, CIS, and Eastern Europe. She was responsible for localising Visa International in Russia and neighbouring countries and was also in charge of introducing new financial services to the market. In 2014, Elina Bagautdinova moved on to Inchcape as Chief Financial Officer, where she was promoted to CFO of Inchcape Northern Europe in 2018. She joined Sintez in 2019.
In 2020, Elina Bagautdinova was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Binnopharm Group.
