Sergey Komarov graduated from the Moscow State University of Printing Arts of Ivan Fedorov with a degree in Economics and Enterprise Management in 2011.

He started his career at Teva, where he provided analytical support for the business unit in charge of prescription medicines. In 2015, Sergey Komarov moved on to AKRIKHIN and was responsible for building the company's branded medicine portfolio as well as for planning and pricing.
He joined Sintez in 2018 as Lead Analyst at the Planning and Business Analysis Unit and was later appointed Director for Planning and Business Analysis.

In 2020, Sergey Komarov was appointed Director for Planning and Business Analysis of Binnopharm Group.
