Binnopharm Group’s bonds in the TOP 15 corporate bonds with high rating and yields

RBK Investment has expressed high opinion about the bonds of Binnopharm Group, a Russian pharmaceutical company, and included them in the TOP-15 corporate bonds with high rating and yields. The rating comprised bonds with yields above 9.3% as of December 2022, 3-year duration and a rating of A- and higher (by the national rating scale of ACRA, Expert RA, and NCR credit rating agencies). Yields to maturity are provided at the market close on 27 December 2022.

Elina Bagautdinova, Binnopharm Group’s Chief Financial Officer, said, “We had a successful debut in the Russian bond market in November 2021. This event piqued the interest of institutional and individual investors; the demand for our stock was more than twice as big as the size of offering. The keen interest in the company’s bonds is due to the fact that Binnopharm Group successfully operates in all segments of the pharmaceutical market and sells its products in 14 countries. The company’s strategy based on channel diversification and its extensive portfolio ensures rapid response to external challenges and helps to pay the interest to our investors. Our second bond issue took place in July 2022. The raised funds will be used in investment projects and debt portfolio optimization. The Group continues to show a stable growth, it experienced a 12,2% increase in revenues for a 9-month period of 2022 compared to the same period in 2021.”

Last December, Binnopharm Group won the Best Initial Bond Placement for a Pharmaceutical Company nomination in CBonds Awards. The amount issued by July 2022 was 3 bln rubles, the redemption period is 2 years, quarterly coupon rate is 10.35% annually.
