Tatiana Fedchenko graduated from the Faculty of History at the Ural State University, Krasnodar Experimental Centre for Education Development with a degree in Psychology, Kuban State Technological University (Presidential Management Training Programme) with a Management diploma, and Southern Federal University (Coaching Management Style Programme). She also has certification from the SHL assessment centre, a business trainer, and a coach.

Previously, Tatiana Fedchenko held the position of HR Director at various companies, such as Tander, Myasokombinat Krasnodarsky, Rusagro Group, ANCOR international staffing group, AVALON, and Unitile (A1 investment group).
In 2019, she joined Sintez as HR & Organisational Development Director.

In 2020, Tatiana Fedchenko was appointed HR & Organisational Development Director of Binnopharm Group.
