Binnopharm Group bonds nominated for Cbonds Awards 2022

Binnopharm Group has won the Best Initial Bond Placement for a Pharmaceutical Company nomination in CBonds Awards 2022. The amount issued is 3 bln rubles, the redemption period is 2 years, quarterly coupon rate is 10.35% annually. The award ceremony was held as part of the 10th Russian Bond Congress in Saint Petersburg. There have been 25 nominations this year.
Expert RA rating agency confirmed that Binnopharm Group’s 001P-01 bond credit rating is ruA.
Elina Bagautdinova, Binnopharm Group’s Chief Financial Officer, said, “Our company quickly responds to external challenges and changes in the pharmaceutical market. Binnopharm Group’s growth has not stalled, and based on the data for 9 months of this year, our revenue has increased by more than 12% while the profit target has remained the same. Investors continue to express interest in our company. The raised funds will go to investment projects that focus on the development of our production sites.”
The bond placement of Binnopharm Group was done by BCS Global Markets, Region trading firm, Sinara investment bank, Gazprombank, Credit Bank of Moscow, Russian Agricultural Bank, and Expobank.
