Binnopharm Group Named One of the Best Russian Employers-2022 by Forbes

With previous ratings generally based on salary size, benefits and work environment scores, Forbes and KPMG (the latter registered as Kept since 2022) have changed the ranking methodology and included the growing ESG agenda by creating new nominations based on what the acronym stands for — Environment, Social and Governance.
This year the authors have focused more on social aspects like the implementation of well-being practices, which are not included in a standard benefit policy. Forbes has also taken account of companies that didn’t cut their staff in times of crisis.

To win platinum and silver awards in such a short period of time is a great honor. However, there is still room for improvement, and we will put all our efforts to evolve in this area.
