Binnopharm Group continues to develop summer internship format

This year, more than 100 students from universities, colleges and high school students take part in internships at the manufacturing sites and in the R&D center of the pharmaceutical company Binnopharm Group. The internship location is determined depending on the interests and qualifications of the participants: work directly at the manufacturing site, in quality control departments, in biotech, etc.
Binnopharm Group plants host students from SPCPU, VSU, KSU, SMU, Stankin MSTU, Sechenov State University, and Mendeleev RCTU. The largest group — 22 people from SPCPU — are currently undergoing internships at the company's three sites.
For the first time this year, Binnopharm Group's R&D Center hosts interns: students from MSU, Mendeleev RCTU, RUDN and other leading Moscow universities were selected based on the results of the selection round, which included a practical case study. The students will participate in the development and validation of analytical techniques in DFA, stability studies of new drugs. At the end of the internship, they will have to defend their own project demonstrating what they have learned.

Binnopharm Group has a goal to meet interested young people who will become employees of the company in the future. This year, for the first time, we have internships not only for university students, but also for secondary specialized college students. Eight students from colleges came to us at Binnopharm in Zelenograd, and we will continue to develop cooperation with secondary specialized educational institutions. It is strategically important for us to work in different directions and look for talents not only in universities, but also in technical schools, colleges and vocational schools».
