Binnopharm Group increases the production of medications in capsules

Binnopharm Group upgrades its technological equipment and increases the production volume of medication in capsules.
Implementing its significant production facilities modernization project, Binnopharm Group installed new technological equipment, exclusive for Russian market -- capsule machine with 7,000 capsules per minute capacity. Launching new, fully automated production area will significantly increase production volume of medications in capsule form.
In December 2023, new equipment has completed testing period and started producing product for Russian retail market. Starting new production line, the company expects a significant increase in product supply volumes for the market.
Rustem Muratov, Chief Executive Officer of Binnopharm Group LLC: "In order to support production growth in the context of market challenges and expected shortage of labor resources, we annually invest about 2 billion rubles in modernization and improvement of the technological level of our facilities. We choose optimal solutions to equip our production facilities. This new machine is 1.5 times more powerful than 4-5 current production lines and significantly optimizes the capsule products production process".
