Binnopharm Group announces appointment of new executive Director of R&D Center

Sergey Galibeev has been appointed executive Director of the Research Center «Alium» the R&D center within the perimeter of the pharmaceutical company Binnopharm Group.
Sergey Galibeev will be responsible at Binnopharm Group for the development of the research center, the formation of technological strategy, improving R&D efficiency, accelerating the transfer of developments to industrial production, as well as expanding the company's product portfolio through proprietary technologies.
Sergey Galibeev holds a Doctor of Chemical Sciences degree and has over 25 years of experience in scientific research, technological development, and management of large-scale investment and R&D projects in the chemical and petrochemical industries. Previously, he headed the R&D center «ProTech Lab» of the EuroChem Group, held senior positions at Uralchem and Sibur Holding, where he was responsible for development and investment programs, the launch of new production facilities, and the establishment of a research center. In particular, under his leadership, projects for the production of mid-tonnage chemicals were implemented, new grades of polyolefins were developed, and more.
His experience in building R&D structures, managing scientific teams, and implementing projects with high economic efficiency will strengthen the scientific and technological expertise of Binnopharm Group and increase the return on investment in research and development.
