«Sintez supplies medicines to patients across Russia and beyond. In the first half of the year alone, the plant produced more than 39 million packs and vials of medicines for delivery to Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. Maintaining high product quality and reliable supplies is particularly important to us, as many of our medicines are socially significant», said Andrey Khairullin, Sintez's executive director.

The medicines produced during the first half of the year included antibiotics, antiviral and antimicrobial medicines, antidiabetic and antipyretic drugs, anesthetics, eye drops and vasoconstrictor drops, as well as medicines for the treatment of gastrointestinal and cardiovascular diseases.

The Sintez plant in Kurgan is designated as a systemically important enterprise. It produces around 250 million packs and vials of medicines annually. Of its total output, 18% is manufactured using a full-cycle production process, from active pharmaceutical ingredients to finished dosage forms.
